Ashfaque Chowdhury is the CEO, North America for CEVA Logistics. He is an innovation and technology focused business leader who has worked in logistics for more than 25 years. From 2015-2021, he was the President of a $2.5B contract logistics business in Americas and Asia Pacific, part of XPO Logistics, a Fortune 200 global leader in logistics and transportation. Ashfaque was part of the leadership that transformed New Breed Logistics, a specialized logistics company, into a $700M leader in contract logistics with marquee customers and innovative contract offerings. Known for strategic thinking, results orientation and people centered leadership, at XPO, Ashfaque built an organization with 30,000 associates across 4 continents. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in engineering, operations, business development and technology, serving as a CIO for many years.

Ashfaque was born in Bangladesh and emigrated to United States. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also holds a Master’s degree and a Ph.D in Engineering from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania, USA.
