Rajesh Radhakrishnan is a management consultant and business leader who led strategy, marketing, growth and supply chain in industrial houses in the USA and India. Over a 25-year career he held responsibilities of VP/SVP, Director at businesses that ranged in revenue from $150M to $15B. With an excellent eye for market-opportunity, and strategy, Rajesh has helped grow new businesses at the large corporations through organic and M&A approaches, while managing the corporate strategy & marketing functions for a portfolio of businesses in industrial goods and services. Repeatedly, he delivered new market opportunities through a combination of customer-centric thinking and ability to inspire, mentor young teams through the startup phase of growing to the first $5-25M. In over 10 years in management consulting Rajesh has helped Group Presidents, CEOs and CxOs conceive, structure, and deliver transformation programs in growth, supply chain management and new products.

Rajesh was born in India, emigrated to the USA, returned to work in India 3 years, and now splits his time between the USA and India. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Illinois, USA.
